By joining the Acuity waitlist or using this website, you agree to these terms. Acuity is currently in a pre-launch phase.

1. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Acuity. It does not guarantee access, pricing, or a specific launch date, all of which may change.

2. Referrals

Your referral link is for inviting other people to join the waitlist. Abuse — including fake sign-ups, spam, or automated submissions — may result in removal from the waitlist.

3. Demo

The on-site demo is an illustrative preview. It does not reflect final product features, performance, or behaviour.

4. Intellectual property

The Acuity name, logo, branding, and site content are the property of the Acuity team and may not be reused without permission.

5. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Acuity is not a medical or mental-health service and does not provide medical advice.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
