Acuity ("we", "us") helps students manage their cognitive energy. This policy explains what we collect while the product is in its pre-launch waitlist phase and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

Waitlist details — your name and email address when you join the waitlist.
Referral data — a referral code we generate for you, and which referral link (if any) brought you to us.
Usage analytics — anonymous events such as page views, demo interactions, and button clicks, used to improve the site.

2. How we use your information

To send you launch updates and a short introductory email sequence.
To verify your email address and prevent spam sign-ups.
To understand which parts of the site resonate, in aggregate.

3. Email communications

Confirmation and update emails are sent through Resend. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Data storage

Waitlist and analytics data are stored securely with Supabase. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing nikitadjand@gmail.com.
